TAMPA, FL, August 13, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- We have launched our Tampa Aerial Photography Services with our new drone, "Air Tampa One." We have provided Videographers and Photographers in the Tampa Bay Area for 20 years now, and it is very exciting to offer a new dimension to our services. We have been keeping our eye on the technology of unmanned aerial vehicles, which has only within the last 5 months now arrived to the point where we believe all the kinks have been worked out. Our drone as you can see below, will provide amazing aerial footage for Real Estate, Weddings, or Sports videos. Imagine walking down the aisle, and on the video, you see an overhead shot as well as the ground level shots... incredible.

We often have put cameras up high for weddings at some venues, such as the Grand Plaza, where we put a camera in the Presidential Ballroom on the 9th floor, shooting down on the beach ceremony. Now with the drone, we are not limited to just a nearby tall building or balcony; we can have it hover anywhere we want. You say, what if it crashes onto the bride or guests? Although nothing is impossible, that is highly unlikely. Our drone has a built-in feature where it will land exactly where it takes off. What about the noise?, yes it does make a little noise, but more quiet than what you might think, and the noise level can be alleviated by hovering at a higher altitude. We can easily fly up to 2,000 feet, although FAA restricts it for many areas to be up to 400 feet. As you can see in this picture (right) we are well above the Marriott Waterside (326ft), and could have easily flown much higher. We have always attempted to make our wedding videos like a movie (cinematic). Many movies will open up with an aerial shot while showing credits (Forrest Gump, Sleepless In Seattle, You got Mail), which I have always loved. Now with the aerial footage, we can open a wedding video in the same dramatic style. I remember Brighthouse Cable used to show aerial shots of the Tampa Bay Area on their "Tampa Bay Online" channel, and how mesmerized I was by those shots. Now we can get those shots and the footage is actually much better, with the gimbal technology that keeps an amazing steady footage. The picture quality is amazingly sharp. We use a GoPro Hero 3 plus which can shoot in 4k & 2.7k, which is the highest resolution possible. For our regular video, we use a Canon 5d Mark 3, and when I saw the footage we shot with Drone on a recent wedding, I was blown away by the sharpness. See for yourself.

Our introductory rate for the drone on weddings as an add-on will be relatively inexpensive. It is $300, however that also includes a 2nd Camera on Ground Level. It will include using the drone for opening shots of the venue and the area and then also for the processional and ceremony. During the Ceremony, the drone hovers, and we will hover at a higher altitude so that the noise level is very minimal if able to be heard at all. We do not want to cause a distraction for the ceremony. As exciting as the drone footage is, the real excitement is the bride and groom becoming one, and certainly do not want to interfere with that. There might be other times during the wedding day like pre-ceremony or formals where the drone can give a unique moving steady shot.

How peaceful and beautiful this world looks "From a Distance", as Bette Midler states in her 90′s song. Once you rise above the hectic and crazy ground level, all of a sudden you see the earth looks calm spectacular. We hope our aerial services will add a new dimension to your Real Estate, Sports, or Wedding Videos. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
