So what's a guy to do after signing the richest contract in NCAA head football coaching history? Hit the lake with your boys, of course.

That's what Nick Saban did earlier this week after re-upping with Alabama, agreeing to an 8-year, $55.2 million deal that will keep him in Tuscaloosa through 2022, assuming he doesn't take another job or retire to Lake Burton.

Before the ink was dry on his new contract, an overdressed Saban had 10 of his players out on his second-favorite lake, Lake Tuscaloosa, taking them for a spin in his ski boat. Anthony Orr, a senior defensive lineman from Madison, Ala., posted a short video of his coach behind the wheel and two of his teammates -- safety Jarrick Williams and receiver DeAndrew White -- on an inner tube, skirting across the water.

Several other players can be seen in the clip, which was posted on Instagram, including star receiver Amari Cooper, who appears to be holding on to the bottom of the boat's ski-rope tower for dear life. Other players on the boat included Christion Jones, Landon Collin, Blake Sims, Brandon Ivory, Nick Perry and Xzavier Dickson, all of whom are expected to make significant contributions on the field this fall.

I'm not sure what the weight limit is on Saban's boat, but he had to be cutting it awfully close with that many SEC players  on board. The 'Bama coach, not including his own weight, had nearly 2,000 pounds IN the boat and he was pulling 400 more pounds BEHIND the boat. I feel sorry for that poor boat's motor.
