Posted: Updated:

Bryant Vincent will reportedly be UAB's new offensive coordinator.

Vincent served as the quarterback coach at South Alabama the past three seasons, and two of those were spent on the same staff as Blazers head coach Bill Clark.

Clark was the Jaguars defensive coordinator from 2008-2012.

CoachingSearch.com was the first to report Vincent's move to UAB.

USA ranked 42nd in passing yards per game and 30th in yards per completion among FBS teams last season.

Vincent spent 12 seasons as an Alabama high school coach before getting his college opportunity. He was an assistant at Spain Park from 2003-05 before he became head coach at Greenville.

After one season with the Tigers, Vincent became head coach at Spanish Fort. He led the Toros to the Class 5A Championship in 2010.
