All schools are clear. After a thorough search, no devices were found at any school.

Update:
Students from Hueytown High and Middle Schools are being dismissed at 11am. Parents should pick their children up at the school at that time.

Pleasant Grove Middle School has been cleared, and the students are back in class. Pleasant Grove Elementary School is still being searched - all students are out of the building.

Students at four Jefferson County Schools have been evacuated Friday morning after reports of bomb threats.

Deputy Superintendent for Instruction Anna Vacca tells ABC 33/40 students are safe but the Hueytown and Pleasant Grove Police Departments are investigating the situation and looking inside the school before clearing students and staff to re-enter.

Pleasant Grove Middle School, Pleasant Grove Elementary School as well as Hueytown High School and Hueytown Middle School are all affected.
