Maui Theatre celebrates "the King's" birthday and his love for Hawaii through the end of January
LAHAINA, Hawaii, Jan. 10, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Maui's newest and hottest live music show Burn'n Love, which debuted last month to rave reviews by industry insiders and audiences of all ages and likings, is celebrating Elvis' birthday by giving back to the people and places that were special to him.
In addition to an initial donation to Maui Food Bank of $5,000, the show will continue to donate a portion of every ticket sold to help the valuable non-profit feed the island's hungry.
Burn'n Love not only honors the time, place and historical significance of Elvis in Hawai'i, but the deep love that the "King" had for Hawai'i and its people. "Two things we know about Elvis – he loved Hawai'i and he loved giving back," said Executive Producer Mike Kattawar. "We vow to do the same with Burn'n Love."
In addition, starting on Elvis' birthday (January 8) and through the end of January 2014, Burn'n Love will offer 20% off all music and retail items at www.BurnnLove.com. Fans can also receive a free CD plus 10% off when booking two adult tickets to Burn'n Love. Tickets must be booked online at www.BurnnLove.com or by calling Maui Theatre at (808) 856-7900.
