Crime Stoppers January 7: Purse snatched in Bessemer; Suspect robs business of more than $4,500

STOLEN PURSE IN BESSEMER:

Four men are wanted for stealing a woman's purse in Bessemer December 17. It happened at a gas station on the 1200 block of 18th Street. 

Photos of one of the suspects and the suspects' vehicle, a black Toyota Rav4, are posted to the right of this story.

Police said the suspects needed change, and the victim, who was pumping gas, gave it to them. Then they took her purse.

DOLLAR GENERAL ROBBED ON CENTER POINT PARKWAY:

December 22 around 8:30 am, the Dollar General on the 1600 block of Center Point Parkway was robbed of more than $4,500.

Pictures of the suspect are posted to the right of this story.

That morning, detectives said the suspect walked in, took two employees to the cash register, and stole money from the cash register and safe.
