As police investigated the beating, the discovered that the woman's 4 year old son, Jesus Dominguez, was missing from the apartment. An alert was issued for the boy around 2 a.m. Friday.  Jesus Dominguez is 2-and-a-half to 3 feet tall and weighs 35 to 40 pounds. He has short black hair and brown eyes.
