Barbara Walters' Most Interesting People picks

Posted: Updated:

Barbara Walters has announced her list of the 10 most fascinating people of 2013.  The list has pop culture icons including Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, Miley Cyrus, actress Jennifer Lawrence and the stars of the TLC show Duck Dynasty.  It also features newsmakers such as swimmer Diana Nyad, Pope Francis, Prince George, NSA leaker Edward Snowden, and ABC anchor Robin Roberts.

This year's list has special significance because it is expected to be Walter's last since she is retiring next year.  The special will reflect on moments from the past 20 years of her picks.  Walters will reveal her number one most-fascinating person when the program, "Barbara Walters Presents: The 10 Most Fascinating People of the Year," airs on ABC 33/40 December 18th.  The show begins at 8:30 p.m.
