Using electric fryer.
1. (13-14 pound ) Turkey
2. Your favorite seasoning or dry rub or suggested recipe.
3. Enough peanut oil to cover turkey, while leaving four to five inches from top of
4. Be sure to follow all manufacturer's directions for electric fryer.
Wash bird thoroughly inside and out and drain well. Apply seasoning in and out and allow bird to reach room temperature while heating oil to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Be sure that turkey is completely submerged in hot oil and fry 3 minutes per pound plus 5 minutes. Remove Turkey and let drain. All that's left is to enjoy with friends and family.
¼ cup salt
2 tablespoon Granulated Garlic
2 tablespoon Black Pepper
½ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1 table spoon Paprika
Combine ingredients and apply generously to bird.
