The first suspect is 40-year-old Phillip David Harris. He's wanted for Domestic Violence by Strangulation, Rape by Force, and Domestic Violence 3rd Degree. His last-known address is on the 6300 block of Castle Heights Road in Morris.

The second suspect is 32-year-old Omar Monteil. He's wanted for Failure to Appear on Discharging a Firearm into an Occupied Building. His last-known address is on the 300 block of 3rd Street S in Oneonta.
