Caffeine is one of the most commonly consumed stimulants in the world and many times, you're not aware you're even putting it in your system.

Caffeine can be found in a lot of food, not just coffee or soda. 300mg of caffeine, which isn't a lot, can cause an increased risk of nausea, vomiting, nervousness, anxiety, and rapid heartbeat.
The Food and Drug Administration regulates caffeine levels in food. If it is added to a food it must be included in the list of ingredients on the label, but if it's naturally present in the product, it does not need to be listed as an ingredient.

Doctors say you're best bet when it comes to caffeine is to just listen to your body. She says a couple of cups of coffee in the morning may be fine for some people, but not sit well with others.
