Hoover Parents Meet to Discuss School Bus Concerns

Hoover Parents Plan Forum to Discuss School Bus Service

Posted: Updated:

Some Hoover residents are not giving up the fight to bring school busses back to their school district.

They are holding a town forum tonight. At tonight's public forum, concerned parents and bus drivers are expected to talk about the possibility of getting a private bussing service to pick up their children once the school's funding for buses is cut for the 2014 school year. That would mean fees for parents. They are also expected to discuss possible traffic issues that could come, once parents are responsible for taking and picking up their students.

Tonight's meeting is open to the public and it begins at 7:00p.m. It is happening at the Artists on the Bluff building in the bluff park community.

Sunday, there will be an organizational meeting at 3:00p.m at the Hampton Inn on highway 150.
