A Tuscaloosa teenager is behind bars accused of breaking into a vehicle.  Tuscaloosa Police were patrolling the area of Grace Street around 12:10 Wednesday morning when they saw Derien Rinee Wells inside a vehicle looking around.  When the 18 year old noticed the officers, he immediately got out of the vehicle.  Police approached Wells and determined that the vehicle he was going through was not his and he did not know the owner.
