FRAUDULENT USE OF A CREDIT CARD:

Pelham police are turning to the public for help with an investigation involving a suspect using credit card information stolen from a resident.

The suspect, whose pictures are posted to the right of this story, is seen July 28 using the information at the Office Depot on Montclair Rd. in Birmingham.

He bought three backpacks, two soft drinks, and two gift cards valued at $200 each.

"We need to get the public's help to identify who this individual is, because there's no telling who he has already victimized or who he will continue to victimize until he's arrested and we can put an end to this," said Jefferson County Sheriff's Office Brian Allison.

The victim was wearing an LA Dodgers hat. If you have any information on the suspect, call Crime Stoppers immediately. Your information could help police close the case.
