Birmingham has been operating for more than three months without a 2014 fiscal year budget.

But the tug-of-war could end Tuesday.

Birmingham councilors will vote on a budget compromise put forth by Mayor William Bell. The 2014 budget was due June 30, however councilors and Bell were at odds over spending priorities.

ABC 33/40 has obtained a spreadsheet showing a breakdown of all slated funding.

The compromise includes restoring funding to Children's Village, North Birmingham Environmental and the Village Creek Environmental Society.

Bell also gave councilors a written memo stating he supports funding non profits and other agencies at mid-year, permitting a good financial standing.
