Quartez Sager was only 20 years old when he lost his life. Now it's time for the person who took it to pay.

This is what we know about the day he died. It was Saturday, June 22. Shortly before 3 a.m., police went to 17th Street Southwest and Alemeda Avenue.

A person had been shot. It was Sager. He was lying on the sidewalk. Sager was taken to UAB Hospital, but he didn't make it.
