Nick Saban received some big news on hump day as one of the top players in the country committed to play football for the Crimson Tide.

Five-star offensive tackle Cameron Robinson from West Monroe, La. chose Alabama over the hometown favorite school in LSU. The 6-foot-6, 320-pound Robinson is widely-considered as the nation's top tackle prospect and one of the best overall players in the country. ESPN currently ranks him as the No. 3 player in the country while 247Sports has him as its No. 1 overall prospect.

Robinson became the 20th commitment for Alabama's top-ranked recruiting class for 2014, and the sixth offensive linemen to declare for the Crimson Tide. Recruiting analysts expect the talented lineman to compete for a starting job as a true freshman next season on Mario Cristobal's offensive line, which is likely to lose former 5-star stud and current left tackle Cyrus Kouandjio to the NFL at the conclusion of the season.

Watch the video of Robinson's commitment ceremony, which was held as his high school and aired live by ESPNU. Mobile Users:  Click 'Full Site' to see embedded content.
