A new study finds 1 in 7 people may be in a relationship with someone who is not "the love of their life."
73% of those polled said they are settled with their partner either because their true love got away, or they met their true love after they were already married.
The good news is that most couples who are making do, actually can make it in a marriage. Psychologists say they do so by finding other things to keep their relationship together. They suggest to people who think they are stuck in a "make-do" relationship to look at the glass as half-full and to celebrate your wins as a couple rather than focusing on the losses in your life.
