Neighbors react to Justin Kindred's death

BIRMINGHAM - AL -

The Birmingham Police Department is investigating a homicide. Justin Kindred was found Sunday morning at 44th Place North and 8th Avenue Alley also known as Kingston projects.   

South Precinct officers were dispatched to the incident location to investigate a report of a person shot. Upon arrival, officers located Kindred inside a wrecked vehicle suffering from a gunshot wound.

Fire and Rescue responded and pronounced him dead on the scene.

Police are asking if anyone has information pertaining to the case, to call the Birmingham Police Department 254-1764 or Crime Stoppers at 254-7777.
