Authorities continue the search for a man they say is responsible for two murders in Hugo earlier this month.

OSBI agents are searching for Dawaylon "Hog" Rainey, 33, after a double-homicide at a Hugo apartment complex on August 3rd.

Witnesses told investigators that Rainey came through the front door and started shooting at the victims.

Floyd Clegg, 23, was pronounced dead at the scene, while 19-year-old Qualin Hayden was taken to Choctaw Memorial Hospital where he later died.

Authorities said a surveillance camera at an EZ Mart on 502 W. Jackson caught video of Rainey near the location of the shootings just half an hour before.

OSBI is offering up to $3,000 for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of Rainey on two counts of first-degree murder.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the OSBI hotline at 1-800-522-8017.

Rainey is still believed to be in the Hugo area; however, he does have ties to Texas.
