A Broken Arrow man was arrested over the weekend on suspicion of raping a 15-year-old girl at his home.

Police placed 18-year-old Brian Jones under arrest last Thursday. He was booked Saturday afternoon into the Tulsa County jail on one count of rape by force or fear.

According to his arrest report, a BAPD officer stopped Jones for an expired vehicle tag last week. During a records check it was revealed Jones had two warrants for his arrest and a suspended license.

At the police department, officers questioned him about an incident between him and the young girl on August 1. Jones initially denied the incident but later recanted and told officers they spent the night together, according to the report.

Jones reportedly denied having sexual intercourse with the girl until a cheek swab was performed on him. He later admitted to having intercourse with the girl.

Officers were told that the intercourse happened at his residence in Broken Arrow. The victim previously told officers that it happened at his friend's house.

She told officers that Jones forced himself on her and she told him "No" several times, according to the booking report. She added that he "forcefully taken off her jeans and underwear" and held her down while he had sex with her.

Officers were told by the victim that she was afraid of Jones because he had "a look in her eyes" and was much larger than her.

He was being held on $50,000 bond and due in court next week.
