A military judge will announce her decision Tuesday in the trial of Army Pfc. Bradley Manning. Manning is accused of aiding the enemy by sending more than 700,000 government documents to the anti-secrecy website WikiLeaks.

Aiding the enemy is the most serious of 21 counts Manning is contesting. And if convicted, he could get life in prison without parole.
