Atlanta, GA -

Jury selection is set to begin Monday in the trial of a metro Atlanta woman who was once accused of arranging her husband's murder.

DeKalb County District Attorney Robert James, on Friday, dropped murder charges against Andrea Sneiderman for her role in the November 2010 slaying of Rusty Sneiderman outside a preschool in Dunwoody, GA.

Prosecutors have said Sneiderman wanted to have her husband killed in order to collect life insurance benefits before starting a new life with Hemy Neuman, her former boss. Sneiderman has denied any romantic involvement with Neuman.

Until Friday, Sneiderman was charged with malice murder, felony murder and aggravated assault. She pleaded not guilty to those charges, but still faces several others including perjury, making false statements, hindering the apprehension of a criminal and concealing a material fact.

Neuman was convicted and sentenced to life in prison in 2012 for murdering Sneiderman.
