Tuscaloosa homicide detectives have charged Alexius Rhamon Foster with four counts of attempted murder in connection with the missing persons case of 30-year old Antonio Williams.

ABC 33/40 has learned Williams' sister reported him missing on July 18th after Williams was last seen the day before and supposedly headed to an area off Crescent Ridge Road.

The missing case was file with Tuscaloosa Police Department's Criminal Investigation Department which obtained information that lead to homicide investigators becoming involved.

Sources tell ABC 33/40 that detectives searched and collected evidence from a home in the Holt community near Crescent Ridge Friday afternoon and determined that Williams' disappearance involved foul play.  That's when an arrest warrant was obtained for Alexius Foster.

Foster was pulled over and taken into custody on a traffic stop in Union County, Mississippi.  He was extradited back to Alabama and is being held on $1 million dollars bond.

Although police believe Williams has been harmed, they have not located him so his condition at this time is unknown.

If you have any information in this case you're asked to call the Tuscaloosa County Metro Homicide Unit or Sheriff's Office.
