Chicken on a Stick
Boneless and Skinless Chicken Breast
Green Bell Pepper
Whole Jalapeno pepper
All purpose flour, seasoned to taste with salt and pepper
Your favorite cooking oil
Cut the chicken, bell pepper, and onion into large chucks. Place chunks on wooden skewer, alternating the chicken and vegetables. Place whole Jalapeno at end of skewer.
Coat entire skewer with flour mixture, dip in buttermilk, and again coat with flour mixture.
Submerge skewer in hot oil and fry until chicken is cooked through. Approx 8-10 minutes.
