TUSCALOOSA - AL -

Tuscaloosa Police have made an arrest in connection to the robbery of the Tuscaloosa Teachers Credit Union last week.

Keondrae Devon Long is charged with first-degree robbery and second-degree receiving stolen property.  The 23-year-old is currently being held at the Tuscaloosa County Jail on a $62,500 bond.  Police say pictures and videos from multiple Crime Stoppers tips helped to identity Long as the suspect.

The robbery happened just before 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the bank located on 6570 Highway 69 South. Criminal investigators and patrol officers found Long and arrested him on a previous warrant for receiving stolen property Monday afternoon. Investigators questioned Long about the robbery before finding probable cause to charge him with the crime.
