A new study finds that a 15-minute walk after each meal can lower blood sugar and possibly lower your risk of diabetes.
Researchers found multiple short walks were more beneficial than a single 45-minute walk.
It was also more suitable for obese, middle-age people with early signs of diabetes and older people who may be too frail for more prolonged exercise.
