ANNISTON - AL -

Anniston police have charged a 70-year-old Jerry Moses with possession of child pornography.

Officers say they were called to a house in the 300 block of Elm Street in reference to possible child porn.

The complainant told officers they had borrowed a digital camera from a family friend and noticed there was still pictures on the camera. They looked at the pictures and noticed nude photos of a two-year-old that appeared to be taken at the suspect's house. The complainant also says other photos of nude children were taken from a computer monitor. Officers took possession of the camera. After a search warrant was secured, the camera was turned over to the Electronics Crimes Task Force in Hoover to be processed. After processing the camera, officers found 74 images of suspected child pornography and 10 images of produced child pornography.

As the suspect was interviewed, investigators say he alluded to the possibility more images may have been at his house. Investigators seized a laptop, desktop computer, video camera, disposable camera, and more than 75 Cd's and DVD's.

Investigators say more charges could be filed.  Mosses was given a bond of $10,000.
