Police release new information after the murder of a man in west Tulsa.
Officers arrested Wilver Saculian Monday night in connection to the crime.
Investigators believe he's responsible for killing Donald Treat late Sunday night just west of downtown.
Treat was shot and walked to a home in the neighborhood near 1200 W 7th Street where he collapsed. He died later at a Tulsa hospital.
Detectives say it's too soon to speculate on motive. Police moved in on Saculian at an apartment near 2328 S. Jackson.
In the process of investigating Treat's murder, officers interviewed and questioned 50 people.
Out of those people, they made two felony arrests and found a stolen gun.
Detective said they came across dangerous drugs, gambling and "people willing to hurt others to collect debts."
