The 17-year-old suspect arrested Tuesday in connection to the March 17th fatal shooting at Railroad Park that took the life of 15-year-old Jarmaine Walton gave an exclusive interview with ABC 33/40 reporter Larry Miller Thursday afternoon.

Justin Jones was arrested without incident at a Sonic fast-food restaurant in Homewood just two days ago by a Birmingham police crime reduction team, ending a 44-day search by detectives for the alleged killer of Walton.

Shortly after making his first court appearance to be formally charged with murder Wednesday morning, Jones posted bail in the amount of $200,000 and was released from the Jefferson County Jail at around 2 p.m.

Watch the interview with Jones and his aunt on the ABC 33/40 News at 5 p.m. or watch online here.
