On April 28th, 2013 deputies with Tuscaloosa County Sheriff's Office responded to an address in the 14000 Block of Rue Rd. on a Domestic call. The responding deputy recognized the address from a previous call on April 23 where Ronald Sutton Jr. was arrested on drug related charges.

While investigating the Domestic call, the deputy noticed a metal canister burning in the yard. As the deputy looked closer he found the components for a Meth Lab and what is commonly referred to as "One Pot" method for making Meth. Mr. Sutton was arrested for Trafficking Meth and Unlawful Manufacturing a Controlled Substance 1st Degree. His total bond is $ 200,000.00.

Five days earlier on April 23rd, deputies were at the same residence and arrested Sutton and charged him with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. His bond was set at $10,000.00 and he was able to bond out of jail.
Agents with the West Alabama Narcotics Task Force assisted in both of Mr. Sutton's arrests.
