The 2013 NFL Draft got underway Thursday night at Radio City Music Hall in New York when the Kansas City Chiefs selected offensive tackle Eric Fisher from Central Michigan University with the first overall pick.

Three University of Alabama players were drafted in consecutive picks in the opening round. Cornerback Dee Milliner was selected ninth overall by the New York Jets, a team looking to replace the departed Darrelle Revis.

Chance Warmack was taken next when the Tennessee Titans drafted him with its 10th overall selection. D.J. Fluker followed him up on the stage to take his picture with NFL commissioner Roger Goodell after being selected 11th overall by the San Diego Chargers.

Their college coach, Nick Saban, has now produced 14 first-round draft picks since 2009.
