Meet celebrity chef Richard Blais

If you are a self-proclaimed "foody," you may know chef Richard Blais from the reality television show, "Top Chef."  If you're a connoisseur of Birmingham hot spots, you may know he's the owner of Flip Burger Boutique.  The television and restaurant star will be in the Magic City and you can get an opportunity to hang out with him.  Blais will have a book signing and a meet and greet at his restaurant in June.

You can mix and mingle with Chef Blais Monday, June 3, 2013 from 6:00-8:00 p.m.  Enjoy your favorite three course menu that will include your choice of any salad, side item, burger and shake.  You will also get a signed copy of "Try This at Home" for $50.00 per person.  The even will take place at his restaurant, Flip Burger Boutique in the Summit.
