How long will be before Dee Milliner's injured shoulder is 100 percent?

That may be the question surrounding the former Alabama star going into the NFL Draft.

Milliner had surgery to repair a torn labrum at the end of February, and the Philadelphia Inquirer is speculating that the player will not be ready for the start of preseason camp.

"We haven't been able to do the rehab like I want to because I've been going to different teams," Milliner told the newspaper. "But once the draft is over, I'll be able to start to rehab it and try to get back on track."

The uncertainty of Milliner's shoulder recovery and when he'll be able to get on the field could be affecting his draft stock. He was considered by some to be a potential top-five pick.

"I don't think it will [hurt my draft position]," Milliner told CBS Sports at the NFL combine. "I hope it doesn't. You get hurt, and I know I'll have surgery, and I know I'll be back making plays."

The NFL Draft begins Thursday, April 25 at Radio City Music Hall in New York.
