Salsa Senorita's Spicy Slaw
Makes 8 servings
In a blender or processor combine jalapeno, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, Salsa Senorita, and rice vinegar. Puree until smooth and season to taste with salt and pepper. In a large mixing bowl combine cabbages, carrots, green onion, dill, celery seeds and toss. Fold dressing into cabbage mixture and season with salt and pepper. Chill until needed.
Spicy BBQ Sauce
Mix salsa and red sauce, pour over chicken or pork and let marinate for at least 1 hour preferably 8 hours. Place mean in slow cooker or grill. Shred meat when done and top with spicy slaw.
