Oklahoma Governor Mary Fallin has the second highest approval rating among U.S. governors right now.
An article by The New York Times says Gov. Fallin also has the second highest "net approval" rating of any governor up for reelection in 2014.
Topping that list is Gov. Matt Mead from Wyoming. And at the bottom of the heap is Rhode Island's Gov. Lincoln Chafee and Illinois' Pat Quinn.
