UPDATE: Second suspect caught in rape, robbery & kidnapping case

JEFFERSON COUNTY - AL -

Codi Miller, the second suspect connected in a rape, robbery and kidnapping incident in west Jefferson County, is now in custody.  Miller was spotted at Wal-Mart in Forestdale by Adamsville Police.  He was later turned over to the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office for questioning.  The 26 year old will face first degree robbery and two counts of kidnapping.  Scott Charles Blaisdell, also charged in the case, is at the Jefferson County Jail facing similar charges.  Miller and Blaisdell are accused of attacking a couple along a dirt road off of Flat Top Road April 6th.  Sheriff deputies say the duo convinced the victims to help them find hidden money.
