Jackie Henderson, the 26-year-old man who allegedly kidnapped a little girl Thursday morning, has been taken into custody by the Irondale Police Department.

Henderson turned himself into police for questioning this afternoon and told ABC 33/40 reporter Haley Westbrook in an exclusive interview that he was innocent of all allegations.

Shortly after questioning, police announced that Henderson had been placed on a 48-hour hold while investigators obtain felony warrants against him. He faces charges of kidnapping, burglary and first-degree theft of property.

Police will present the case to the District Attorney's Office Friday morning.
