Tips to help deal with stress in the workplace

Stressed out? Use these tips from Cleveland Clinic to help curb your nerves:

1) Breathe Deeply
    Our bodies use more oxygen when we are stressed, and breathing deeply and often can help get more oxygen to the brain.

2) Get Moving
    Get up and move around during the day. Just a 10 minute walk can help you become more productive and creative.

3) Liven Up Your Workspace
    You can do this by adding plants and soft colors like yellow and blue.

 4) Focus and Recognize Your Accomplishments
    Work on one project at a time and when you complete a project, take a minute to appreciate a sense of accomplishment.
