Police search for suspect in shooting

BIRMINGHAM - AL -

Birmingham Police are searching for a suspect in a late night shooting. It happened Thursday at a duplex in the 3400 block of 17th Avenue North.

Investigators say a person shot multiple times into a residence. Another person was injured and taken to UAB Hospital. That person's injuries are not life threatening.

No details on the suspect or the victim are being released at this time.

No arrests have been made in the case. If you have any information, call Crimestoppers at (205) 254-7777. All tipsters will remain anonymous.
