When the cold weather moves out, the pollen moves in. But experts from Cleveland Clinic offer these helpful tips to help you avoid some allergy symptoms:
1) Start taking medications now
March is a perfect time to begin using nasal sprays and non-sedating antihistamines.
2) Avoid early exposure to allergens
Do not plan an early camping trip, or outing to the park if you now you will come into contact with pollen.
3) Make sure your allergy prescriptions are filled
Go ahead and ask your doctor for enough medication to get you through the allergy season.
