Sarah Palin's New Book

Sarah Palin is getting in the Christmas spirit early.

The former Alaska governor is planning to release a brand new book called, "A Happy Holiday IS a Merry Christmas" that's due out in November.

According to publisher HarperCollins, Palin's book highlights the importance of preserving Jesus Christ in Christmas.

In a statement, Palin said her new book will encourage readers to ignore the "politically correct Scrooges" who want to take Christ out of Christmas.
