The Birmingham Shuttlesworth International Airport will open its new terminal this week.
Airport ambassadors will be on-hand to assist passengers with navigating around the new facility.
Passengers are encouraged to arrive early in order to get past check-in and screening.
The airport will continue operating from the current terminal until the last flight on March 12.
The project cost 201 million dollars and will improve safety and efficiency. This is the most significant update for the airport since it was built in 1931.
