Following the death of a 18-year-old high school student, Will Rogers student council are bringing others together to mourn.

The Will Rogers College High School Student Council tweeted out that students should wear purple to honor Gabrielle Bledsoe, who was found dead at her home on N. Atlanta Ave., March 2.

"Monday wear a [sic] purple to honor are [sic] friend Gabby. May she rest in heaven. let her memories keep us strong until we can see her again," the Tweet read.

According to another tweet, the high school will have counselors available for students and teachers, Monday, March 3.

Andrena Carroll, Gabby's aunt, described her as a sweet girl who loved to joke.

"All the time. It's all she did. Tell jokes," Carroll said, "If you were sad in any kind of way, she'd come in and just get everybody going. So, she was a lot of fun. Just an innocent child."
