Attalla Woman Charged with Capital Murder

An Attalla female has been arrested and charged with capital murder.

38-year-old Margie Morgan Kelley,of Attalla, was arrested Thursday and charged with capital murder in connection to the disappearance of two males in December 2009.

New evidence in the case lead to Kelley's arrest.  She was originally charged back in 2009 with hindering prosecution. 

She is being held in the Etowah County Detention Center without bond.

38-year-old Robert Wayne Kelley Robert Wayne has plead guilty to two counts of murder and two counts of abuse of a corpse.  Robert Kelley's trial was set to begin Wednesday.  Sentencing is set for April 24, 2013.

38-year-old James Bachelor and 55-year-old Rocky Morgan,  were last seen on December 2, 2009.  Investigators discovered pieces of human remains on December 16, 2009.
