All 24 semifinal games at the Final 48 state basketball championships have concluded and the six title game matchups have been set.
On Thursday, the Mountain Brook boys team earned a spot in the 6A championship game by edging Blount 49-46. The Spartans will play for it all against Sparkman on Saturday at 7 p.m.
The Hoover girls squad will seek its third consecutive 6A state title after holding on to beat Carver-Montgomery 37-35 today. The Bucs will square off with Blount on Saturday at 5 p.m.
