Birmingham Police investigating overnight shooting

An early morning shooting has claimed the life of a Birmingham man.

Birmingham Police responded to the 800 block of 45th Street North at approximately 1:15 a.m. Saturday. Once officers arrived, they found the victim, 23-year old Nabarro Radford, lying on the grass and suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Birmingham Fire and Rescue pronounced Radford dead on the scene.

So far, no arrests have been made.
