A man originally taken into custody in connection to a Monday afternoon shooting, will not be charged.
Pelham Police responded to an unidentified man shot in the stomach and in the lower section of one leg on Oliver Street, He was transported to the hospital for treatment. Another man was taken into custody, questioned, and released.
