Tuscaloosa man charged with three counts of sex abuse

Tuscaloosa, AL -

Jerry Swindle, of Tuscaloosa, was arrested Wednesday by Tuscaloosa Police Department Juvenile Investigators on charges of three counts of Sexual Abuse 1st Degree.

The victim contacted police in October of 2012 and stated she was allegedly sexually abused by the suspect when she was a child. After an investigation, the case was presented to the Grand Jury who indicted the suspect on three counts of Sexual Abuse 1st Degree. The victim is currently 37 years old.
