Pedestrian struck and killed on Roebuck Parkway

A pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle at the 9700 block of Roebuck Parkway Tuesday evening, Sgt. Johnny Williams of the Birmingham Police Department confirmed.

The fatal accident happened around 6:30 p.m. near a Regions Bank.

The victim's identity is unknown at this time.
